Your group leader: Joy Ann

The group got started shortly before I turned 40. I was going through a mid-life crisis and I decided I was going to buy a bike and do a triathlon. Mind you, I knew nothing about cycling or triathlon, but I had it in my head that it was something I was going to do. Here I am, over 10 years later, and I get a rush from helping others set reasonable goals and achieve them. I have participated in several races, from short distance sprints to long distance Double Century Rides, Half Ironmans and Marathons. Let me help you get started and let's be fit together!
